When you open the settings on the DUDU desktop, you will see two very prominent words: “Account.”
Click on it to start the registration process.

I guess they were asking about the Dudu ID, only numbers, because i'm also with the same issue. Registered but when i'm trying to login, asks mine Dudu ID.
