Bladesore I have the Dudu7 13"-12-512 installed in a 2021 Jeep Compass. Canbus is Simplesoft RP5-CH-001. The car came with heated seats and heated steering wheel. Unfortunately, there is no physical button to control them. Before dudu7 the only way to control them was with the factory UCONNECT screen where I could toggle between OFF-LOW-HIGH. My car has never supported the updated vehicle settings app, however when I use Touch Assist app, there are buttons for heated seats and heated steering wheel. When I touch them, there is no visual indication that they work. However the seats do get warm. The same happens with the steering wheel. Heated up with no visual indication. But when they get warm the only way to make them stop being warm is to turn the car off. Touching the button again will not disable it. And there is not a high-low function. The button will only turn them on. I am able to go into the vehicle settings and there is the option for auto-on heated seats + steering wheel. Enabling that makes them warm up automatically when outside temperature is below 40 f. That has been an option ever since I first installed the dudu7. I was ready to accept loss of control of heated seats and steering wheel but fact that touching the buttons makes my seats and steering wheel warm up gives me hope that it may be possible to fully access control. Or at least ability to turn on and off. Do you think this might be possible? Any help is greatly appreciated and if you require more information from me I will gladly provide it. Thank you!
dudu-lai Bladesore Hello, if I understand correctly, you mean that DUDU can only turn on and off the seat heating, but cannot switch between off-low speed-high speed?

As you can see, there is no visual indication when the buttons are touched. However the seat warmers turn on. So does the steering wheel. But once they are on, they cannot be turned off.
Bladesore When I touch the buttons nothing happens on the screen. All the other buttons turn orange when touched showing they have been turned on. It looks like they don't work. Then the seat or steering wheel becomes warm but they cannot be turned back off. I have to turn the car off to turn the heated seats and steering wheel off.

Bladesore dudu-lai Yes. All other hvac functions are working correctly. All the other buttons on the screen respond and change accordingly
dudu-lai Bladesore OK, our engineers have found the cause: a CANBUS issue. We're waiting for Simple to modify the software and verify it. If Simple provides a new program, I'll post it here.
