JourneyMan Automotive tape is probably the easiest way if you don't/can't screw it down (as long as you keep the area dry for 24 hours after installing). The camera has not moved in 4 years and has been through a lot - in car washes, pressure washing, driving rurally, bird strike (grill cracked but camera was still attached)
There might also be a specific mount for your car on AliExpress.
