As far as I know this guy has an Ainavi H6 unit (assuming same person as on XDA), so shouldn't need a fascia (the plates used to make the unit rectangular on the Ainavi unit can be used for the DUDU unit).
I would still ask DUDU support what CAN box they would supply since DUDU/Mekede tend to prefer using Raise CAN boxes. His current unit would've come with the HiWorld H1H2TYF23A. You should be able to use the HiWorld CAN box with DUDU but there's a small chance some features won't be present with the HiWorld box. I think this is more of a FYT issue than a DUDU issue - it seems like more development is put into making sure Raise boxes work properly with this unit than others.
I can confirm both the Raise CAN box Mekede provides for this vehicle and the HiWorld box will work for a non-hybrid 2015-2017 Toyota Corolla/Auris as I've installed both these units in this vehicle. I have no idea if the CAN box functions as it should for the hybrid model.
