Reversing screen shows on startup, Airplane Mode is always on.

My car is a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, and I am currently encountering the following issue:

In the “Startup Settings” section → under “Action after power off”, when left at the default setting “Sleep”, every time Dudu boots up, a screen appears showing the camera guide lines and radar sensor display. I have no way to exit this screen. (If I disable the reversing line and radar, the screen goes black and displays the message: “No signal.”) I believe my car does not use Canbus, as shown in the image below.

If I change the “Action after power off” to “Shut Down”, then every time Dudu boots, the error screen (with camera lines and radar sensors) does not appear. However, Airplane Mode is always turned on by default, and I have to turn it off manually.

Additionally, the “Turn off screen” button does not work. PIP is left at its default setting.

The error occurs right after logging into the account, installing the app, and restarting the device a few times. I didn't use any special applications.

As for the Airplane mode issue, it happens immediately after setting “Action after power off” to “Shut Down” and restarting — the error appears every time the device is powered on.

If the “Action after power off” is set to “Sleep”, the Airplane mode error does not occur, but there is an issue with the display of the reversing line and Radar.

Everything works normally until I log into my Google account and shut down the device:

In sleep mode, the reversing line and radar remain on and I can't exit the screen. After pressing reset, the system restarts normally, but the screen off button no longer works. I haven't installed any special apps.
In Shutdown mode: I will update after I try some more functions.

The problem is most likely with the G5. When you shift from R to D or P, the G5 still has voltage, which is why the screen displays black. (This is normal for the G5 to have no voltage at this time.)
Please test it.

I think testing G5 will take more time than figuring out why the system automatically enables Airplane mode every time it starts after switching to shutdown mode.
Is there a way to disable Airplane mode entirely? I believe Airplane mode doesn’t serve any real purpose on Android systems for cars.

And another issue, when I use third-party software, the system turns off the screen along with all the music and everything else running on the system — that’s not right.
How can I fix this issue? Because the screen off button doesn’t work.

Sorry I didn’t explain it clearly earlier. When I use a third-party screen-off app (like “Screen Off” by Pai-Hsiang Huang on the Play Store—because the physical screen off button doesn’t work, so I had to find an alternative), it stops all the music, and to turn the screen back on, I have to use the voice command function assigned to the steering wheel button.

Can you suggest what I should do with that MCU?

Phuong Error messages that appear during the firmware update process are also related to the MCU.

1: Try restoring the factory settings, or go to "Settings" > "Factory Settings" > "Password 108" > "Restore Configuration Parameters" and follow the instructions to see if the MCU can read the settings.

2: Disconnect all connected external devices, leaving only the DUDU G port connected. Also disconnect the G6 and G7 cables. Check if the MCU can read the settings.

3: If none of the above methods work, please contact DUDU sales for after-sales service.
