Which Canbus-Box to select?

dudu-lai my issue is that for the buttons I want to map, the Adapter Box intercepts all long-presses. So the problem is that DUDU7 or the app you shared expects a long press when learning...

chbla You previously mentioned that you need to press and hold for 5 seconds, but the app I sent you only requires a 2-second press and hold to learn. If this still doesn't solve your problem, there's nothing we can do. It's your CANBUS box that's blocking the signal, not the DUDU.
All Android radios require a long press, not just DUDU

chbla The whole point of you holding down the key for 5 sec is for the system to learn what value that key is. How would it know the value if you don't hold down the key?

@Teklock it knows the code after a short press also, you can try it with various apps that show keycodes.

chbla I think you could do this by having the SWC signal bypass the CANBUS box, connect it to the DUDU, learn the buttons, have the DUDU remember the values of those buttons, and then connect the SWC signal back to the CANBUS box. As long as the button values output via the CANBUS box don't change, that should work.

@dudu-lai as far as I know it won't work, because the box has to decode these signals. That's why those normal boxes don't work.
