My dudu7 9.5" just arrived today. The first thing I did was to check the opening of the dash kit for my 2013 Ford Focus ST as that was a concern of mine at the time of ordering.
What I found was the opening is 114mm.

While the screen vertical display height is 119mm

In addition to that issue, the Mic and Reset holes in the dash kit do not align with the screen, at all. If I align the holes then the top display is cut off by about 13mm.

Is it possible to install a remote reset button? The Mic is can bypass with an external one that looks like it was included.
Lastly, not specifically a HW issue but I didn't get one of the TPMS kits I ordered. I ordered 2 sets for my car, winter/summer tires. I have already reached out to my CS rep about all of the above but thought i may get a quicker response here.
While the dash kit does look to be of good quality, even including factory style buttons, which look like the stock unit. The screen losing 5mm of height will be a deal breaker for me if I can't adjust the height and location, like an old monitor. Losing that much real estate will result in apps will have areas I cant see and/or reach. I would be missing notifications or struggle to navigate on the screen.
