Dudu7 USB max voltage / amperage output

Hello ,
I own Dudu7 headunit with latest OTA update.
My car 2x USB C ports are connected to dudu motherboard via provided USB HSD to 4 pin mini white connector.
The ambient light around original USB C ports is light up, BUT phones are not charging.

Is it 5V/0,5A max and therefore to weak or is there something else wrong?

If i connect another cable (usb a to 4 pin white) and connect USB storage drive then everything works fine.

Dusan111 What car do you have? It may be that the USB adapter cable is incompatible with the vehicle's USB port (pin definition error).

Yesterday i found out that also the usb memory dongle is not working.
Then conected the Usb A to C cable to double Dudu Usb extension cord and it began to charge (maybe only 5v/2a).
So the issue must be in the circuit of original Skoda Octavia 4/nx hub with 2x usb c.
What if Škoda hub expects 12v and its getting only 5v and therefore power problems?

Will try with multimeter to find out.
Else, i will then have to wire new power line.
