YouTube full screen display is disabled when the light is on

This is a problem with dudu7's Minimalist Mode.

For example, when displaying YouTube and Google Maps in two panes and displaying YouTube full screen in one pane,
when the auto light switches, YouTube playback becomes audio only.
This problem occurs frequently when passing through tunnels, and I'm worried about it.

too isn't in your country illegal to have a video playing in drivers field of view when driving? UK and any EU country you can be heavily fined for having video playing on the screen if driver can watch it...

YouTube freezes when switching between dark and light modes. You can test this on your phone. When using YouTube to play videos on your phone, toggle the dark mode on your phone, and YouTube will freeze and refresh the interface, requiring you to manually click play.

It is illegal for the driver to stare at the video, but it is fine for passengers. The navigation pane and the video pane are separate, so this is merely a passenger's complaint. Another problem is that if you press the home button after switching the map to full screen, the map is overlaid in the upper left corner, which is unrelated to the pane, and you cannot operate it. I think this is simply a problem with switching the full screen display that the pane handles.
