Sound stopped working

Yesterday I installed DUDU7 in my Škoda Superb 2 (2011.) and sound was working, today when I turned on the car there was no sound so I turned off the car and turned it back on and sound was working (this happened two times) and now sound stopped working completely. I tried to factory reset it multiple times and I tried all different sound settings but still no sound... I reconnected OEM navigation and everything works (I have factory amplifier), I connected DUDU7 after that and no sound at all. There's amp con pin missing on the wiring harness (it was working without it first day 🤔) so I tried to connect it because I thought that this could be a problem but even then there's no sound and I toggled amp con on and off (I verified with multimeter that there's 12V on that pin) but nothing.

What brand of CANBUS are you using?

Older Volkswagens usually come with factory amplifiers, and if there is a no sound problem, you need to disconnect the negative terminal of the car battery, wait 10 minutes, and then reconnect it to solve it.

Yes, Skoda Superb 2 (2011.) and it has factory amplifier. I removed negative wire from the battery and I waited for 10min and now sound works again 😃.
I have this canbus but also some things aren't working properly, if I choose RZC(Raise) (Superb, Turkey
) in the setting my parking sensors aren't working and AC temperature is wrong (it's 2°C off), if I choose BNR (VW, ALL, Low) it works much better.

You can try Raise-VW-PQ ALL-LOW

I tried it but my park sensors aren't working and if I put in reverse nothing is happening

Stjepan Is the radar sensor original?
Does the Raise-VW-PQ ALL-LOW sensor make a sound?

Yes, they are original and they work when I put it on BNR (VW, ALL, Low), AC, sound and steering wheel controls also work on that setting so I'll just use that one if I don't find any problems with it. Battery disconnecting did the trick for the sound 🙂
