Hello, I'm having problems with the external microphone. As soon as I plug it into the socket of the DuDu7, the DAB+ reception is disturbed. It doesn't matter whether I plug in a microphone or just a plug with a cable on it. What could be the mistake?

Have you tried changing the microphone?

Yes, I plugged the jack plug into the microphone jack on the back. I've already tried another microphone. The error is even there when I plug in a jack plug with only some wire on it. There seems to be a fairly large antenna effect that affects the DAB+ signal. I have now ordered ferrite cores, which I will make over all cables.
Am I the only one with this error?

hallotri how is your dab antenna connected and what exactly it is? Don't tell me it's a film on the windscreen....

I have a Vito W447. The antenna is embedded in the disc at the factory and connected to an original DAB+ amplifier. DAB+ works great. But as soon as I plug anything into the jack socket, the reception is gone or very bad.

I was able to solve the problem by attaching ferrite cores to all cables (USB, antenna, microphone). Now I have no more interference on DAB+. Anyone who has problems with DAB+ should give it a try.
