No power/data on USB-A cableS - DUDU7

I just noticed that all three USB-A connections seem to be dead on my dudu7. I believe it was working prior to the 3.6 upgrade, but I'm not sure if that's the cause. I've opened things up and unplugged/plugged the cables on the back of the headunit, but no luck. I do have power and data via the USB-C connection. That's working fine. Any suggestions?

Any ideas on this issue? Is there anything I can check in the OS that could impact USB functionality, or is this likely to be a hardware problem?

Can the three USB ports only supply power and not transfer data?
Have you tried restarting the system?
Or rolling back the system version?

No power, no data. I have restarted, but there's no change. I hoped to avoid rolling back to 3.5 and instead troubleshoot the issue.
