360 showing left side in pip mode

[Hi all.
need help my 360 is set to show in pip when the speed goes below 20mph for some reason it shows the left side, I do not have or connected the camera to show when indicating left or right
It was working ok until 2 days ago.
When in 3d the animation shows the car indicating.
I know that is what causing the issue how can this be if the canbus I have does not work to that extent.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you were saying.
May I ask if the speed drops below 20 without a small window popping up?
