OBD available in DUDU but not in Android

I have a quite new OBD adapter and DUDU is able to connect to it.

But I am not able to connect to it under the Android Blutooth screen of DUDU and I am not able to select the OBD adapter in for example the Torque Pro Android app.

dudu1897 you'd need a second adapter for torque.
It's either odb in Dudu or Obd in torque with just one adapter.

dudu1897 OBD requires low-power BLE. Direct connection within the system cannot establish a handshake. You need to use the corresponding OBD app to connect to it.

Yup. Agreed it's either or in dudu or torque but, I think what he's saying is that because you can't pair OBDs with android OS, it can't be paired with Torque.

Torque only recognises and connects to pre-paired OBD devices showing in android OS, they don't show in Torque if paired via Dudu Bluetooth settings... I think...

reg66 ah yes. I meant this. Device paired via BT to android, won't be visible for dudu. Dudu sees only unpaired BLE devices.
So either or.
