Contacts not synchronising.

Mikescotland Do you turn on the automatic synchronization switch on your Bluetooth phone? Does it not synchronize every time it is turned on?
Also, you said there was no Bluetooth firmware update. Are you sure you've read it carefully? By entering more updates, you can see that there is no need to click on Bluetooth on the left.

DUDU-Meng yes, phone is set to allow Dudu to access contacts and texts. Phone synchronises without any problem with any other device.
Usually it synchronises now but discovered as above. Phone app has good data. When you click on phone widget in Dudu, it has data from two days ago. It looks Dudu widget doesn't communicate properly with Dudu phone app as well.
I updated to 3.6 OTA 3 days ago. No other updates available.

Strange. The BT update is a firmware and not part of OS v3.6 OTA... (or maybe I'm wrong but I saw a different flashing tool coming up).

You have a problem understanding. What I'm talking about is the automatic synchronization function of Bluetooth phones, not the permission switch for your phone and contacts.
Settings - More - Bluetooth Phone - There is a switch here that synchronizes Bluetooth data every time the device is turned on.
