AfterDudu7 update to 3.6 steering wheel buttons don't work anymore

My buddy and I both bought the dudu7 in 8x128gb. Version 3.5 was still installed. The steering wheel buttons of the vw T5.2 worked and we were happy. Now my buddy has updated to 3.6 and no button works anymore. No matter which Canbus protocol is set. As a canbus box, we have a raise

Why don't the buttons work after the update?

Blackbandt Please read my top post about the feedback bug and provide relevant materials and videos so that we can analyze the cause and solve the problem through the log.

DUDU-Meng I have now received the picture. Don't be surprised that Golf 6 is there. He only had it for testing. Even with Volkswagen PQ with low it no longer works.

He also says that if he only has the ignition on, the buttons work. But as soon as he drives it doesn't work anymore

Factory settings - Test protocol - Print original vehicle protocol information.
Operate the problematic buttons on the steering wheel and use your mobile phone to record a video showing the buttons pressed and the floating LOG content displayed on the screen. Send the video to me. Thank you.

Blackbandt If you both use the same model of car, try unplugging and replugging the CANbox. This may fix the problem.

Blackbandt I had several issues after updating to 3.6. Including the steering wheel controls not working on my 2014 vehicle that does NOT use CAN BUS. The thing that has solved almost all of them was doing the update again, but not via "Local Update" in the OTA application. I needed up doing the traditional USB installation with Factory Reset. Yes it is annoying have to reset up everything again, but honestly I have noticed weather it is a phone, tablet or head unit it is best to basically do a hard drive wipe, reload, reinstall apps/accessories one by one and then set things backup.

907diag I think we have found the error.

After updating to 3.6 with USB stick and factory reset, the System information menu is where all the data is. Is at Canbus Box unknown box. We don't know what happened. But the dudu7 no longer recognizes the Raise canbus box.

Now nothing works anymore. No door opening or closing, no data and no steering wheel buttons

Try reselecting the canbus or plugging/unplugging the canboxy

Unfortunately not. I don't see my brother-in-law all the time. But this Saturday we'll take the minutes and hope to find a solution then.
