  • Automated tasks for "HEADUNIT" triggers not working

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a task which triggers media player playback when wifi is connected. I've setup such a trigger in Tasks but its not working. I tried different triggers but nothing invokes playback from the Headunit section of triggers.

If i set the trigger as "tap time" and tap it, then media playing occurs, which means that tge action is correct.

My use case is the following:

I'm using Replaio radio app to listen to music, however it does not auto play because I'm using phone hotspot for internet.
I've setup my phone to auto host a hotspot when it connects to dudu bluetooth. So when I sit in my car within 10 seconds I get a hotspot on the headunit automatically, however I have to click play manually on the music widget for music to play. I'm trying to fix that last part.

nemusíš spouštět Replaio ručně v nastavení Repalia je zatržátko spustit automaticky při zapnutí, používám také Replaio a já zase nechtěl aby se mě spouštělo automaticky, takže jsem to vypínal v nastavení :-)

For a long time I used that bluetooth connection trigger available in built in tasker to start an internet radio app. And suddenly this trigger stopped working. Now I use the "Vehicle Ignition" trigger instead, with a small amount of delay, which gives my 4G connection time to be alive. This method works beautifully since for me, and I think you could get it working as well.

It is recommended that you use the vehicle ignition as the trigger method and set the appropriate delay time. This trigger is very stable at the time.

I tried it and this works fine, the radio app just keeps trying to play until the wifi connects and then it auto plays, I dont know why the widget doesnt do this automatically for all apps ir just that particular one fails to auto play for some reason
