Isk You are welcome to your opinion, just as I trolled mine. Any after sale personalized technical support provided by the Dudu team or end users is a free extra benefit. We aren't entitled to it, we don't pay for it, and honestly, they could be charging for it. There isn't another android head unit on the market that provides the level of hardware/software support and constant OS upgrades like the Dudu team. These devices aren't sold to the public with non functioning hardware(albeit in extremely rare manufacturing cases). Regardless, everyone that interacts here should have a basis of common sense and understanding...spamming multiple threads with very little detail of information is just ignorant, let alone 2 of those 4 days being the weekend....that's my final take and I'll leave it here. π
