I recently installed a DUDU7 Android head unit in my 2016 Skoda Fabia. Most things are working fine thanks to the CANBUS decoder – steering wheel controls, vehicle info, etc., all functioning as expected.
But there’s one annoying issue:
The song title display in the multifunction screen inside the instrument cluster behaves oddly. I’ve tested two different CANBUS decoders and encountered problems with both:

✅ Almost everything works
❌ The song title info is displayed incorrectly or in a weird format
Simplesoft RP5-VW-102
❌ If I select it directly as Simplesoft, no title is shown at all
✅ If I set it up with the same config as the Raise decoder,
➡️ the title shows correctly once,
❌ but never updates again when the song changes (see image)

Has anyone run into this and found a fix?
🔹 Is there a better CANBUS decoder for the Fabia + DUDU7 combo?
🔹 Can the CANBUS settings or firmware be tweaked somehow?
🔹 Could this be a DUDU7 software issue instead?
