Is it possible to set the OEM control knob on Mazda vehicles to highlight and select like on the original radio? Currently spinning and tilting is media control. I have included a gif of what I would like it to do. Is DUDU OS capable of this? It should behave like a keyboard does with tab/arrow keys and enter. I have looked at the remapping option, but I do not see any options for this type of navigation
