I reduced temporary the number of contact exporting a part of them in goole contact-webpage, now the app show all contact! I had 1500 contact, now reduced to 1100. Please check if there are a max allowed contacts!

DUDU-Meng Hello, my FYT 7862 is configured as type 1. The information on the app check info shows it has received BT 4+, but I can't see the phone to connect. Please assist me.

Installed. First start and it seems to work, I will give feedback after trying it for a while.

This device does not have a Bluetooth module. You can disassemble it to check that the motherboard does not have a Bluetooth module soldered onto it.

          Thanks, I'll double-check on main.
Here's a more detailed description of the issue I'm encountering:

          • Config type=0: I can find and connect to a phone successfully, but I cannot find any Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices.
          • Config type=1: I cannot find a phone, but I can find and connect to BLE devices.

Your motherboard is a cheap, stripped-down model. It does not have a Bluetooth module and can only use integrated Bluetooth to achieve some Bluetooth functionality.
Therefore, you can only configure the Bluetooth properties to (0).
The built-in Bluetooth is version 4.0, and if used for Bluetooth calls, it will encounter numerous issues: echo cancellation, A2DP automatic disconnection, Bluetooth music automatically determining whether it is connected to a phone or car stereo, and so on—none of these features are supported.
All you can do is connect to external Bluetooth devices.

              Thank you, I understand.
Also, my CPU is showing as 'Unknown.' How can I fix this? Please help me.

              Your DSP chip is AK7604.
This chip is only used in the 8581 DUDU4, but your model is 7862 and it uses AK7604. Therefore, it is not within our model range, and our AK7604 software is under 8581.
Your device is really strange, a bit like a Frankenstein monster.

                DUDU-Meng
                Yeah, I understand.
It seems my CPU might be fake ^^
Is there any method to accurately check hardware information? If so, please share it with me
                Thank you so much

Hardware specifications: You can ask the retailer where you purchased it.
I've never seen hardware like yours before. So your problem basically cannot be solved here.

                    DUDU-Meng Yes, thankyou so much
