Bluetooth problem

Hi, since I bought DUDU7 some weeks ago, I've not been able to fully connect my phone via bluetooth, it connects, but when I try to play audio it disconnects or weird things happen. Same with Android Auto. I've tried updating DUDUOS, BT Firmware, tried other phones, downgrading... nothing works. I'm starting to think this may be a defective unit.
Calls work, but you can't hear or talk, as seems audio it's not transmitted.

What type of cell phone do you have?
The Bluetooth phone works fine, but the Bluetooth music doesn't work, so it disconnects the Bluetooth, right?

Right now I have a Pixel 9a, when I bought it I had a Sony Xperia 10 V, and also tried with a Xiaomi 14T Pro. Yeah something like that, when trying to play something Bluetooth disconnects.

In bluetooth options on your phone, have you clicked the 'cog' to open connection settings? Check that all options are enabled for phone calls/music etc...
