Google Apps no connection

After updating to the new OS ALL Google Apps say that they are offline and they have no internet connection.
All other apps do have connection.
The problem occurs with WIFI and/or a valid SIM card.
Tried everything but didn't succeed.

Also I can' t find any possibility to change the aufio volume nor a possibility to dim the display really dark during the night. It stays in the same brightness with a brightness level of 50, 30 or also 10%

Please help and be patient, I am a DUDU newbie...;-)

You mentioned the problem:

google Apps is offline because there is no network or the network is working but these apps can't be connected?
wifi and sim card are having problems.
There are multiple ways to adjust the volume.
Steering wheel volume +-.
Volume +- on the steering wheel, volume +- on the navigator, volume +- shortcut on the navigator, volume +- shortcut on the navigator.
Volume +- can be adjusted by full screen multi-finger gesture.
Click the time area in the navigation bar, the pop-up control center can be dragged to adjust the volume.
night change theme as well as brightness, you need to set several places.
-Settings-Display Settings-Day/Night Switching Mode, here choose the trigger you want it to change.
-Day Theme/Night Theme Set the theme you need to use separately.
-Brightness settings, set the values for day/night.

Did a factory reset, still the same problems.
Also removing the SIM card and connecting to eifi didn't succeed.
Please help!

What country are you using it in?
Are you using a network that is not blocked from using Google?

Austria/ Europe.
The network is not blocking Google Apps. It worked in the DUDU Os before updating

If it's not blocking google web, please help grab a ylog and analyze it

Please try visiting the google.com and google store pages with chrome and see if you can access them!
