Which region should I select, Australia is not an option?

Just select your region, it's not country specific.

Oceana is not a choice, North America, Russia, Europe, South East Asia are the only choices.
The radio loses. Signal in areas, is not the car aerial or wire, they were ok with the last head unit.

GCOLVIN They are still working on the RDS AF function

Any ideas why my signal is weak while it was ok with the last HU

DUDU7 update 3.5 (2024/12/22). I also had poor station reception, compared to the older Isudar it was bad, I thought it was a different radio chip. Today I was reading Telegram DUDUAUTO and I found information that in the factory settings (108) there is an option to turn on phantom power to the antenna, that is, when it is turned on, there is 12v on the center wire of the antenna output, which powers the amplifier in the antenna. I don't have an amplifier, I have a passive antenna, I had it turned off in the settings, I tried turning it on and the signal is excellent. This means that this function is reversed. The power supply was interfering with my signal. Try switching it, maybe you have the same problem. Those who have an antenna amplifier powered by coaxial, for example VW/Skoda/Seat group cars, usually have an active antenna and need this power supply, those who bought a power adapter have wasted money, just turn on the power supply in the factory settings.

Thanks for the reply, I toggled that switch it is definately better but nowhere near as good as it was. Quite a bit of static.

GCOLVIN Do you have a Mercedes ML500? Here is the amplifier under number 5, check if it is connected to power, if necessary connect to the blue ANT wire.

Hi, yes it is an ML500, it is really an ML550 they didn't change the no model identifier in Australia.
Where is that connecter, I can't find it. Is it at the back of the car? My car has Harmon Kardon optical, so I can't find that connector.

I can't understand, I just unplugged the last head unit, which was very similar, and plugged in this new HU.

I'm writing about the antenna amplifier, it should be in the fifth door, check if it has power.

Ok I'll check that, can't see why the power has to come from the front of the car.
