Google and System Navigation App not loading

Hello,
Third day in since installation my new unit and I am have issue witht the Google and Navigation app not loading. I had zero issues with the first two day but this morning the map itself was not loading on the unit screen. I rebooted the system three time with not success. I checked the Google Map on my phone and everything was fine. So i'm assuming it's a system error. An idea what is created the issue?

Use the Main Unit like a mobile phone, without access to the network the device is not fully functional. Without the internet Android will not function. Create an access point on your phone and connect to the unit and a smile will appear on your face

Google won't load is it running full screen or is it running in PIP?
How is the desktop set up, and please take a picture of the system info screen and upload it here!

Okay will do! The Map page is present but the system function does not work. The maps don't load on the screen. It maybe related to PIP, not sure though.

Your text description doesn't really make sense to me as to what state it's in, can you take a video or photo of it?
And also the system information interface together with a photo to upload here

Look at the few pictures you've uploaded all using Google Maps without an internet connection.
I'm not sure if Google Maps can display properly when it's not connected to the internet, have you verified that it doesn't require an internet connection?

The Google Map in the navigation map system was working perfectly fine for 2 days. And it recently stopped. I use android auto for Google map connection.

As far as I know, Google Map requires internet connection, and your photo shows no internet connection.

Sorry but I believe this is incorrect. The Google maps should work through my phone when using Android auto.

Wanted to add. The issue is android auto does not stay connected. And ever when it is, it seem not the be recognized.

When you use android auto, Google Map is running on your phone and using your phone's data traffic to access the internet. Casting to DUDU via android auto.
When you run Google Map on DUDU alone, you need to connect to the internet between DUDU. Otherwise the app running in DUDU can't connect to the internet.

A very simple example, can you run Google Map perfectly after your phone is disconnected from the internet?

Think about it this way: do you have the means to watch videos on youtube on a tablet without an internet connection?
Do you seek help from the tablet manufacturer or do you link to the internet and try youtube to see if you can swipe the program?
Of course, if your tablet is connected to your cell phone, you can load videos from your cell phone's youtube and project them to your tablet.

Thank you for your continued support. I believe there may have been some misunderstanding—possibly due to language translation.

I fully understand the difference between the built-in navigation system and the Android Auto interface. However, the problem I’m facing affects both systems. As shown in the pictures I previously shared, neither the built-in navigation map nor Google Maps via Android Auto is able to fully load the roadway maps on the DUDU4 unit.

It appears that the head unit is struggling to render or download the map data properly. The screen remains blank or partially loaded, which makes navigation unusable.

Could you please review the images again and let me know if there’s a firmware update, compatibility issue, or setting that might resolve this?

I saw it and it was the same as you expressed. The map loads roads that require network support.
Your DUDU4 screenshot shows wifi is disabled and there is no sim card inserted!

Okay, so if I understanding correctly, for the DUDU integrated maps to work the unit requires a Network to work. For future development you should integrate GPS satellite system in your units. This is the first time I hear a unit that needs internet for the maps to load. All my other vehicles have GPS maps that require no internet to function. The unit should have a software to be able to load maps without internet just like all auto factory unit do.

It's simple common sense.
You have Google Maps on your phone You can try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, then disconnect your phone from the internet and open Google Maps That's when it just won't load the roads.
That's because the roads are on Google's servers and need to be downloaded over the internet.

The offline maps you mentioned for your other vehicles are many years old, now they are all doing online maps, same as cell phones, the Google maps you use on your cell phone these are in online maps.
Of course DUDUOS can use offline maps like you mentioned you just install their app and offline data yourself. But these map routes are years old, and new roads that have been repaired in the last few years won't show up, and the ones that have been removed still show up on the map.
As long as you know how to use a cell phone, then DUDUOS should have no problem either, you can use it as a PAD
