• DUDU OS
  • Victronconnect

I’ve downloaded the Victronconnect app successfully and although my DUDU7 finds my victron inverter in the list of devices, it will not give me the option to put the pin in, so it never connects. I’ve turned Bluetooth off and reconnected. I have disconnected all other BT devices and although rebooted the system but I have the same issue. It progresses to 80% in the status bar but never reaches 100% as it’s waiting for the pin but no option to input. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same issue,
From memory the PIN popup is sent to the android notifications which is hidden from the Dudu interface.
If you click on the connect button to activate the popup and head over the android settings (not Dudu) it should be visible there.

I’m sorry, we haven’t tested the compatibility of the Victron Inverter with our devices. If it connects via Bluetooth, try pairing it from the Bluetooth settings on Android Settings.

widgets_moons Thank you - that solved the issue. Had to go into Android settings as you helpfully said and then the pin input came up. Everything works seamlessly now.
