2013 Kia Sorento XM SLi (With factory nav, amp, and SWC) Dudu7 install issues

Someone please help - this install is doing my head in :')

【1】Describe the specific problem encountered, (e.g., SWC button not functioning correctly, parking sensors displaying abnormally, door information misplaced, TPMS values not updating, A/C status out of sync, A/C temperature units incorrect)

I have tried a LOT of different wiring configurations and system settings, canbus protocols etc. . I've had all essential functions working at different points, individually, but can not find a configuration that broadly keeps everything working.
I have a Simple Soft (XP) hy-ss-04 with wiring harness supplied by the seller. Pictured:

The wiring harness was not correct for my vehicle and I have done some modifications. I also have an Aerpro CHHY18C harness that includes a Connects2 steering wheel control interface (CTSKI007.2 Kia Steering Wheel Control Interface. For Digitally Amplified Vehicles). Both claim they should work fairly comprehensively for my application.
Upon installing, the Aerpro interface harness granted me working steering wheel controls (manual mapping with key 1, key 2 and ground wires), but very quiet and crackly sound. I believe this was because it receives audio through the G cable speaker outs where my amp expects line level output. The hy-ss-04 (with modified harness) gave good quality audio (after eventually finding a compatible canbus profile), but no steering wheel controls. I've attempted to use the two side by side, but this has caused steering wheel controls to stop working. I presume this is because the 2 interfaces are creating a signal conflict.
I have since tried using the Aerpro harness for steering wheel controls and sending audio to the amp by using the Dudu7 Coaxial SPDIF audio out plug with a single RCA plug patched into the vehicles SPDIF+ and SPDIF- wires. No sound at all AND no steering wheel controls worked with this configuration. More concerning, while a song was playing on the unit, the SPDIF coax RCA out wires were reading zero volts making me think the unit wasn't even sending an audio signal out through this plug. I have not been able to locate a setting to change the audio output path.

Anyone able to provide some guidance on how to get both steering wheel controls and sound/amp working at the same time?

Colpugz Profile Selection - XP - Hyundai/Kia - Sorento - You can try all four options, or you can choose sonata9 or K5 to try. Whichever option makes all functions work, that is the correct option!
If you want to use the coaxial output, you need to connect B6 to the coaxial positive terminal and B15 to the coaxial negative terminal!Is that how you do it?

I tried all those canbus protocols and more. None gave me steering wheel controls. The only way I've had SWC working is with null canbus selected using key 1 and key 2 through the Aerpro harness.

The seller sent me this diagram of the wiring harness they provided:

As I said, lots of wires/pins didn't line up with my vehicle harness so I have modified it.
I have no way to verify the accuracy of the translation on the PDF, but my translated version doesn't look like it has any designated swc pins/wires. Should there be? If so, there's a chance I could have mistakenly disconnected.

Yes, that's how I used the coax output and still got no sound. I checked with a multimeter and got zero volts on the wires which makes me think there is no audio signal going out the coaxial port?

Colpugz I understand. The inconsistency of the wiring harness is a real headache and you have put a lot of effort into this
Connect the OEM main unit to play the sound, turn the sound up to 70% or more, then unplug the OEM main unit and connect it to the DUDU, I think the CANBUS can't control the OEM AMP volume so it will be very quiet, I think it's good to try it this way, what do you think?

dudu-lai I don't think the amp being turned up would fix my core issue. When I use the hy-ss-04 and certain canbus profiles, the sound is good (just no steering wheel controls) - so I don't think higher amp volume would help. My issue is that I can't get any steering wheel controls via any method with that canbus box, and it won't 'work together' with the Connect2 interface that does steering wheel controls but has the wrong sound input.

I think it seems like it just has to be one or the other (simple soft box or Connect2 interface). So I need either a way to get steering wheel controls working with the Simple Soft Hy-ss-04 box, OR a way to get SPDIF+ and SPDIF- Audio output through the Connect2 interface (I believe it is a PCM signal that my factory amp needs if that matters, but that is unverified info I've found on other forum posts).
