Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the Waze app that I haven’t been able to fix. On my screen, which has a 2000x1200 resolution, the text in Waze appears small even on the max zoom, making it really hard to read street names or navigation instructions while driving.
I’ve tried changing the system DPI and font size settings in Android, but Waze seems to ignore those changes completely. Other apps adjust just fine, but Waze keeps the small text no matter what.
I’m guessing this might be related to the high screen resolution, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows a way to force larger text in Waze. Is there a hidden setting, a config file tweak, or even a solution using the config.txt?
My device is DUDU 5/6 (7862)
