Dudu7 all USB ports are NOK

I reset my Dudu7 several times and nothing changes. Can’t connect the phone to any USB-A or C ports. When I launch the DABZ app it stop after a few seconds saying « can’t detect a USB dongle ». Disconnected/reconnected the ports behind the head unit. No changes.

The other features of Dudu7 work well (apart from CANbox) Waze, Google maps, Spotify, FM radio.

And of course the storage for Cams does not work: usb-C or -A (two separate 256gb sticks)

Are you sure your USB connecttors are firmly attached and in the right connector?
It may sound stupid but I had that myself and I consider myself an experienced user.

Yes I verified all of them multiple times. Unplugged and replugged the head unit connectors and the intermediate USB cables

AK12 still I don't think they are pushed in fully, at the radio side. Verify that you cannot pull them without pushing the lever. I bet they come out if you just pull and wiggle - and that would be the reason.

Hi, yes I tried all combinations with one iPhone, two different USB 256Gb sticks (one USB-A and one USB-C), the DAB token delivered with Dudu. None of the device work on any of the three USB-A ports or the USB-C port. Nothing

Thanks for your input. The power pins for USB-A ports all work ok. All USB ports started functioning when I unplugged the DAB dongle. So he is the problem. Having disconnected it, I can charge the iPhone and record the 360cam footage on a USB stick. I am surprised that when you connect an iPhone on USB-A the wired CarPlay function does not start automatically. Is there some extra parametering to perform ?

If you need your iPhone to be wired in and automatically connect to carplay, then turn on carlink 2.0 and turn on the auto connect switch.
After the wired carplay connection is successful, the other usb ports will become unavailable.
