Citroen C4 aircross CANBUS

DUDU7 12-256 + 360 10inch
I have tried both Simple Soft RP5-MT-002 (currently in use) and Simple RP5-MT-101.
Neither of them detects the car data, even though the original display shows a lot of data, including the door opening.
In no menu does the Citroen C4 aircross 2014 model appear, and I was advised to use XP-Mitsibishi-Mitsubishi-XP(H).
with the Simple RP5-MT-002 I find at least the steering wheel controls (even if the forward and back buttons are reversed); with the Simple RP5-MT-101 I do not find any steering wheel controls.
How can I solve this?

Citroen C4 cars, why would you use a CANBUS box from Mitsubishi?

dudu-lai because there is no mention about my specific car (Citroen C4 aircross 2014). Mitsubishi ASX 2014 it's same project (Citroen/Mitsubishi/Peugeot). If you have any suggestions for me, you're wellcome

dudu-lai I own even 001 model, but chooseing xp Mitsubishi not steer controls fouded. Could you please tell me which model I have to choose, as my model doesn’t exist into the lists (I searched into every canbus list)?

You can try all the options under the Peugeot/Citroen list instead of choosing Mitsubishi

dudu-lai Sorry, I just realized I own an RP5-MT-101 model (a consultant by Mekade suggested to me as replacement of mine RP5-MT-002.
So, now, I shoud buy a third canbus. Are you sure this canbus get all data from my car (RP5-MT-002 get steer command but not other as door opening ad radar signs)?

mircondini That's what confuses me, your car is a Citroen C4, but I checked on the official XP site that you should use the following CANBUS box. You are using the wrong model, and selecting the model in DUDU is also wrong (your car is a Citroen C4, but Mitsubishi is selected, and the DUDU list has the -XP-Citroen- option).

I just want to express this problem. XP does not help us when your car uses a model number that does not match the CANBUS box in the XP public information.

I would suggest that you replace it with a model that matches the correct model in the XP public information. I don't know what information it would provide (since I don't own the car, I can't answer you exactly). But XP can only help us if we have problems with the correct model CANBUS box!

dudu-lai Sorry, but the problem it's exactly car model. Citroen C4 and Citroen C4 aircross are erent projects. Citroen C4 aircross share main project with Mitsubishi ASX and Peugeot 4008 (are essentially the same car with different brands).
