Hello, I have a problem with correct start climatisation app. After start this app, show an error:

And after I click to "view the interface of the old version of the protovol", show vehicle personalization:

    Same problem with Dodge Journey (same as Freemont). I got the answer that it doesn't work in that car.

    You need to install Touch Assistant app from the DUDU App Store

      copernicke what brand canbus decoder do you have? Simplesoft is very common nowadays, but not fully supported by Dudu with the new interface.

        ciubaka I installed this program, but it's just an extra icon on the screen. It's a workaround, not a solution. It also doesn't always launch automatically.
