Unable to locate any USB ports on screen.

I’ve tried every thing but unable to see or use the three ports.

Are you saying that a USB stick inserted into a USB drive will not be recognized and read?

Yes just like the three are not plugged in.Carnt even find it in settings and I think I’ve tried them all.
