Not sure if it’s the quickest way, but if you download the latest firmware currently from here.

Extract the files directly to the root of a USB stick, with the extracted contents is a folder labelled restore, move these file to the root with the other files leaving the folder empty
Those files moved will completely wipe the unit of all personal details, apps and custom settings
Safely eject and plug into the head unit, after a few seconds a dialog will pop up to install the firmware.
