  • Mobile connection not working - no SIM card found

I have a problem to get the mobile connection to work.
The DUDU-OS is able to find LTE networks in my area, but when I choose on, it can not be registered. That happens -at least I think that - because the DUDU is not able to read my SIM card. I see the icon in the right bottom corner that there is no SIM card inserted. I already tried a different cable and the SIM card itself works on other phones.

What confuses me a little bit is that I think DUDU was talking about Card 2. Where is the Slot for Card 1 and where can I chose which slot I want?
Is there something else I can check about the SIM card in DUDU-OS?

The DUDU7 only has an external SIM card slot. If you insert a sim card and reboot the system, but still can not recognize the sim card, then please check the cable.
If you can recognize the sim card but can't access the internet, you can try to set the APN manually.
You can also plug in your cell phone to see if the PIN is turned off (PIN must be turned off).

The problem was indeed that the was a PIN on the SIM card.

Even if DUDU is not able to work with SIM cards with PIN there it at least room for improvement showing whats the problem is.
