Slow internet speed and usb problem

Hello im very pleased with my Dudu7 radio but got two more problems.
1) Slow 4G speed : on previous head unit ive got the same 4G simcard and i got decent speed bit on dudu7 i got only 0,7 mb on good signal area ( i got fastest provider in country)
2) Usb pendrive problem : i got half music on pendrive plugged on usb C when im not listening music from this pendrive after a while its just invisible in android. Is there an option to turn usb always on?

Slow internet speeds may have something to do with the frequency bands supported by the carrier.
Can't read songs stored on USB?

DUDU-Meng i can read songs but if i dobt listen them for example 2 days usb drive its not visible and i need to unplug and plug again

I see what you mean, does the type-c port USB drive plug in directly or is there an adapter device like a HUB docking station?
And is there still a problem with the flash drive plugging into the rest of the USB 2.0 ports?

DUDU-Meng on usb C ingot 1m cable then on the end i got usb extension to female plug where i got plugged pendrive, didnt test the usb2 i try later
