What sort of microphones are compatible with DUDU7 unit? I am tired of cheap microphones, people I am on the phone with always complain about my quality and I must yell for them to hear me. At the same time they complain of an echo, hearing themselves back.

Currently mic is mounted on the steering column.

Are either of these compatible?

What size is the input for the microphone? 2.5 or 3.5?

Did you try the internal Microphone? It is really good. Never had problems with it.

It's this kind of joint. 3.5

Someone found a solution here, working with an Olympus microphone and a small mic amplifier.

      DUDU-Meng Thank you very much

CDRX Thank you kindly, I will do some research

I'm curious about this. Apparently it works pretty well

Olympus ME52 microphone works well in my car. The external mic supplied as standard with the Dudu7 is garbage.

MrFixer Did you have to physically disconnect the internal microphone?

CDRX In Dudu7 you don't have to remove the internal microphone, it is automatically deactivated when you connect an external one
