I've spent several hours searching the Telegram chats. Posts from Yaoxilog and others make me believe that purchasing the "Intelligent Voice Control" option is a license to Toppal Pro.
If I understand correctly, since I bought the feature, either DUDU or DUDUAUTO Global Store is supposed to add the Serial number of my DUDU7 Head Unit to the Toppal pro license database so that when the software is installed on that specific hardware, it automatically gets authorized.
I will try to find the Toppal App or install it tomorrow to see if it is already properly licensed. If not, since there is no customer service, I'll just try to get a refund through AliExpress complaint system and forget about that feature. Many people say that Google Assistant is better anyway.
It is unfortunate that the Customer support do not know much about their product and that the main source of information is from frustrated customers like me. But at least we have a good community of users here!
