I have been doing a bunch of research on what infotainment system i want to use on my 68 Pontiac Firebird. I am doing a LS swap with all of the WOW factor upgrades. I am looking for the right system to use for my interior. I found DUDU!! What would be the ideal DUDU setup for Deck, passenger dash and rear seat monitors? Id like to use the 360 camera system and the TPMS system as well. I am trying to figure out how to connect my Vintage Air system to the head unit as well. Im looking for all the bells and whistles. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank in advance!
1968 Pontiac Firebird Full Build I need some advice!!
68Firebird I'm sorry, but there are no examples of 1968 Pontiac Firebirds. But I don't think the car is complicated, older cars may not have CANBUS and the modification is relatively simple, just power the unit and connect the car stereo.
We might have to have some conversations over the phone if you’re in the US. I’m currently working on my 2000 c5 corvette which doesn’t have a canbus system. However, I’m looking into developing one using the gm serial class 2 data available to the corvette. I’ve also installed the 360 cameras and a few other goodies which might offer some inspiration. Feel free to reach out. The GM crowd isn’t that deep here. I’m willing to help anyway I can
68Firebird the vintage air system definitely won’t work at all, but you could do something like what Gun’r is doing with his C5 corvette. Get modules from newer cars, and transfer them over along with your LS. He stuffed everything from a c7 including the entire interior and all the amenities and made them work on his c5.
