Can I load on existing android unit

Ok. Love what I am seeing. I have a 13” screen off Ali express for a Nissan patrol y62 (armada in the us, also same as infinit qx80)

Can I load this software on my unit somehow? I’m technical in nature so happy to have it explained as such if need be.

Scottylan if your device is based on Uis7862 or Uis8581a and currently running an FYT firmware, you may get the software running. Otherwise no luck.
