I have in my Lancia Voyager 2015 a universal Dudu7 running.
But instead a canbus box I have installed a maestro RR2 from idatalink (idatalinkmaestro.com).
It works fine, you cam setup the swc, use the oem back camera.
Depence on your equipment you will need additional cables / adapters.
