  • Guide for Adapting Radio Icons for Submissions

Dear DUDUAUTO Community,

As we continue to enhance the radio functionality in DUDUOS, we are excited to introduce a new feature that automatically adapts local radio station logos for a more personalized and visually appealing experience. 🌇✨

While our system strives to cover as many regions as possible, we understand that some areas may not have their local radio station logos automatically adapted yet. That's where we need your help! 🙌

We have created a template file and guidelines that allow you, our valued users, to submit radio station logos for your area. By following these guidelines and upload here the logo files, you can assist us in completing the adaptation process for your region. 📥🌍

Here's how you can contribute:

1. Folder Naming Rules 📁

Format:
[City English Name] - [Local Language City Name]

Notes:

  • Use - (space + hyphen + space) as the separator between the English and local language names.
  • For regional clarity, format the local language name as [State/Province][#][City Name].
  • Adapt the local language format based on regional linguistic conventions.

Examples:

  • Beijing - 北京
  • Białystok - Białystok, Województwo podlaskie

2. Image File Requirements 🖼️

Format:
[Frequency Type] - [Frequency] - [Radio Station Name].png

Specifications:

  • File Format: PNG with transparency preserved.
  • Frequency Type: Uppercase FM or AM.
    • FM: Retain 1 or 2 decimal places (e.g., 94.9 or 94.90).
    • AM: Use whole numbers only (no decimals).

Examples:

  • FM - 94.9 - CBS 표준FM.png
  • AM - 1557 - Радио Лента.png

      YAOXILONG Забыли сказать о количистве символов в названии радиостанции. "For regional clarity, format the local language name as [State/Province][#][City Name] " - не совсем ясно как и где используется символ # в примерах его не видно. Хочется уточнить этот момент.

          Не разрешает прикреплять папку. Архив также пишет "Загрузка файлов данного типа не допускается". Как загрузить?

          This is another great addition but most of the logos are so low resolution that they are pixelated on the screen.

            Tswire вы можете собрать свой пак логотипов с хорошим разрешением (картинка png, не больше 100kB, ) и представить разработчиком для добавления.

                  It's a bit badly done. Logos and frequencies from Poland of all radio stations would be enough. Search for Poland and all FM station logos should show up. Now, when you go to another province, you have to select the province every time to show the correct logo. Here is a website translated to English showing all the stations in Poland and based on it you can create station logos. Selecting Poland from the list would show all the station logos that are available and no matter where you are they will always show up. This list is not complete yet.                   Chubaka885 Only it shouldn't look like this. Only Poland should be on the list and all stations in Poland and logos should be shown, not provinces. If you go to another province and the station logos don't show up correctly, that's a bug.
