  • DUDU7 - 3D vehicle mode, looping screen error

Hi,

I just purchased a Dudu 7 with a 12GB, 256GB hard drive. It turns out that when I started configuring it, the 3D car screen suddenly started to fail, looping in and out, and showing nothing.

I've tried both minimalist mode and normal mode, and the same thing happens. I've also tried a factory reset and not setting or configuring any devices, and it continues to do the same thing.!

Your current system is from December 2024.
Can you try updating to the latest system to test if it solves the problem?

What is the latest stable version and how do I get it? Via OTA, it tells me it's already updated.

I've performed the update and I'm still having the same problem.
I performed the update without a factory reset so I wouldn't lose the Toppal voice assistant.
Should I perform the update with a factory reset?
If I do, can you provide me with the version of Toppal to install?

You can try clearing the data of the desktop application only.

      Settings/Applications/Find duduutoui Desktop Delete stored data
