Recent installation but having an issue where I leave the vehicle from anywhere from 5 minutes onwards and the time and date reset back to around 03:00. I have tried both manual time setting and auto but it still happens.

Anything else I can check settings-wise

I also noticed that despite the car battery being new and testing with Topdon battery tester showing 12.6v, the DUDU7 display reads 11.6v. Would any in-built memory for time have an issue with this low voltage?

    The date resets also so this is not my setting. I have the latest firmware. I completed the most recent update also. This is not the issue so it looks like a bug.

        Yes its the only time i have the issue

          Settings/About/Long press on the top left image
          Take a picture of the system information and send it

          We suggest you upgrade your system to the latest 20250306 latest version and test it again!
